This policy describes how TeeDrop Golf, LLC ("TeeDrop", "we", "us") collects and uses your information when you use TeeDrop.
We collect your email address, phone number, and the monitoring preferences you set (course, date, time window, players). We store records of alerts we've sent you.
Your phone number is used exclusively to send you SMS tee time alerts you've opted into. Your email is used for account management. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
By providing your phone number and creating a monitor, you consent to receive SMS alerts from TeeDrop. Message frequency varies based on tee time availability and your subscription tier. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe.
We use Twilio to deliver SMS messages, Resend to deliver email, Stripe to process payments (card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never touch our servers), and Railway to host the application and database. We may use error-monitoring tooling (such as Sentry) to diagnose technical problems. These services have their own privacy policies.
We use only the cookies needed to run the service: a session cookie to keep you logged in, and a temporary referral cookie if you arrive via a referral link. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active, and prune alert history after 90 days. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data yourself at any time from Account Settings → Delete Account (this also cancels any active subscription immediately), or by emailing us.
