TeeDrop (operated by TeeDrop Golf, LLC) is a tee time monitoring and alert service for DFW-area golf courses. We check publicly available course booking pages on your behalf and send you SMS and/or email notifications when tee times matching your criteria appear to become available.
TeeDrop is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of any golf course, course operator, municipality, or booking platform we monitor. All course names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the courses being monitored. TeeDrop is not a booking agent: we never reserve, purchase, hold, or book tee times for you. All bookings are made by you, directly with the course, subject to that course's own terms, prices, and availability.
TeeDrop monitors course booking platforms but does not control them. Availability data is collected periodically from third-party websites and may be incomplete, delayed, or out of date by the time you receive an alert. We cannot guarantee tee time availability, alert delivery or its timing, or that a tee time will still be available (or offered at any particular price) when you attempt to book. Course websites may change or become unavailable without notice, which can interrupt monitoring for affected courses.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a subscription.
New accounts start with a 7-day free trial — no payment method is required and nothing is billed during the trial. The trial does not convert to a paid plan automatically: when it ends, monitoring stops unless you choose a paid plan. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe starting when you subscribe. If you switch plans mid-cycle, the prorated difference is shown to you and charged at the time of the switch. You may cancel at any time from your billing page; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and no refunds or credits are issued for partial months, though we may issue refunds at our discretion.
By creating an account, providing your phone number, and checking the SMS consent box at signup, you agree to receive recurring transactional SMS tee-time alerts from TeeDrop at the number you provide. Message frequency varies based on tee-time availability and which courses/dates you monitor. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel at any time, or reply HELP for help. You can also opt out anytime by removing your monitors from the dashboard. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You may not use TeeDrop to resell tee times, operate bots, or otherwise abuse golf course booking systems. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.
TeeDrop is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TeeDrop Golf, LLC is not liable for missed tee times, failed or delayed alerts, inaccurate availability data, service interruptions, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, and may modify or discontinue the service or these terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
